REFUND POLICY

Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned

How to initiate a return

1. Contact us at info@iv-ice.com with your order number
2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to: Nikole Đurkovića 23, 11042 Belgrade, Serbia

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
• The refund amount will be credited to your payment card account

Refund for Card Payments

• For purchases made by payment card, the refund will be made exclusively to the card account used for the original transaction
• The Bank will process the refund within the timeframe defined by the card scheme rules (Visa / Mastercard)

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
