IV ICE ships orders within the Republic of Serbia and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (Serbia):
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Shipping cost: 500 RSD
- Courier service: BexExpress and PostExpress

International Shipping:
- Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer

Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped
