COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS POLICY

At IV ICE, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to file a complaint

  1. Send an email to info@iv-ice.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photographs of the defective item
  2. Our team will review your complaint within 3 business days
  3. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the nature of the issue
