Article 1 – Subject
This Agreement governs online sales of hand-crafted products made by the Seller, as described on the relevant product page (model name, description, size/colour, materials) and ordered through this website.

Article 2 – Price
The purchase price is the price displayed on the product page/checkout in RSD, VAT included. Delivery/shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Article 3 – Payment
Payment is made in full at checkout (unless otherwise stated on the product page or pro-forma/invoice for bespoke orders where an advance may be required).

Article 4 – Delivery & Transfer of Ownership
The Seller delivers the product and the Buyer acquires ownership upon full payment and delivery. An invoice is issued and provided to the Buyer.

Article 5 – Pre-contract Information
Before placing the order, the Buyer is informed about the Seller’s identity and contact details, the conditions and limits of withdrawal, lack-of-conformity rights, return costs, and options for out-of-court dispute resolution (see Legal Notice & Pre-contract Information).

Article 6 – Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are those indicated on the product page/checkout or in the order confirmation. If the Seller cannot deliver within the indicated time, the Buyer may grant a reasonable extension.

Article 7 – Withdrawal & Complaints
There is no right of withdrawal for products made to the Buyer’s special requirements or clearly personalised (made-to-measure).
Complaints for lack of conformity are possible only if the security TAG is intact; removing/damaging the TAG is deemed use/wear. Inspect the product and raise any complaint before removing the TAG. When receiving goods for complaint, the Seller records whether the TAG is removed/damaged.

Article 8 – Measurements (Bespoke)
For made-to-measure items, taking measurements at the Seller’s premises is recommended. If the Buyer supplies measurements remotely (per video instructions), the Seller is not liable for inaccuracies and is not obliged to accept a complaint on that basis.

Article 9 – Disputes
The Parties will try to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, the courts in Belgrade, Serbia, have jurisdiction. Out-of-court resolution is available per applicable law.

Article 10 – Language
This Agreement is available in Serbian and English; in case of divergence, the Serbian version prevails.

Article 11 – Conclusion
By placing an order and accepting these terms during checkout, the Buyer concludes this Agreement electronically.

TRANSACTION DATA SECURITY

All online payments on iv-ice.com are processed through a secure connection. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal and financial data during transmission.

Payment processing is handled by a certified payment gateway operated by Banca Intesa ad Beograd (www.bancaintesa.rs).

Your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the bank's payment system. IV ICE does not have access to your full card number, CVV, or expiry date at any point during or after the transaction.

3D Secure authentication (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) provides an additional layer of security for online card payments.

PRICES AND VAT

All prices on iv-ice.com are displayed in Serbian Dinars (RSD) and include VAT (Value Added Tax). There are no additional or hidden costs.

If you are paying with a foreign currency card, the conversion will be performed by your card-issuing bank at their applicable exchange rate. The final amount charged may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank on the date of processing.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Before completing a purchase, you will be presented with a summary of your order including the list of items, quantities, unit prices, applicable VAT, shipping costs, and total amount. By confirming the order and proceeding to payment, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
